Great service. Customer service does a great job working and helping out their customers. They called me as soon as they had processed my file and to make sure that I received my proof. Once I had reviewed the proofs I gave them my approval and it was off to press. Before I knew it the fedex package was on my door step with my new brochures.
Quality Products. The quality of the brochures was top notch. The paper used was an attractive white glossy stock that truly made the colors stand out. You have different choices in paper and coating or even the option for a custom order. PFL offers mailing service in addition to the print of your direct mail project. Unlike some online printing services I have used, they dont just stick on a stamp – PFL has full addressing, mailing, and sorting abilities (CASS certified).
Great Pricing. Pricing is quoted on their website through InstaPrice, a calculator that generates a price as you put in the printing specs (quantity, paper, coating, rush, mailing, etc.).
Great Turnaround. PrintingForLess.com gives you the ability to have your job processed in normal production time (4 days, industry standard) or as a rush. FedEx is the shipping method for sending you the print. As you place your order you can choose the best method of shipping – Ground, 2 or 3 day, or overnight for those last minute jobs. The price is also calculated to see the difference.
Easy to Use. The entire order process from printing specs – to file upload – to contact and payment info, are all done on the same page. I like this feature as there are no hidden surprises or charges after you have committed to starting an order. At any time I had a question or an inquiry for more information there was an easy to find link that would pop up a new window with the answer (rates info, upload help, etc.) I find that this makes for a much cleaner page and helpful for the user.
